By submitting payment, the participant agrees to the following cancellation terms:

- Cancellations requested in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled training start time are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
- Cancellations received within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled training are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
- Cancellations received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled training, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written notice provided before the training begins.
- The training provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, participants will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to the address listed above.
- Acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding agreement governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
- Because seating is limited and preparation occurs in advance of each session, the parties agree that the cancellation terms above are reasonable and not a penalty.
